Unmarked antique cast iron gate marked pan. Circa 1800s, possibly earlier! This type of pan is also known as a crepe pan griddle (or similar variation), griddle, skillet, comal or flat pan. We have taken this beauty down to bare metal (non-chemical process), refinished by hand (no wheel grinding), and re-seasoned (non-animal products) three times.

Poor guy. :-/ He’s lucky to have a caring home. I feel pretty fortunate to have (and had) some awesome pets. One gal is ~13-15y (rescue), so walks are limited, but she can do ~30min stints. She hates her stroller (bad hips) & I don’t allow her doing stairs. Hope your mom is doing great!

I’m closing into my hip surgery (much too early in my life btw) in a few weeks & I try to take my two little gals on their walks anyway. The only thing stopping us is the cold and rain. Fist bumps to the lil guy! 🙂

Got mine from Costco for about $200. It does the job just fine until spring arrives and I can ride my real bike. It does use batteries, if you’d like to see speedometer, miles & calories burned.

He was so calm and patient. He was mischievous, as with most of our kiddos. I hope he’s out there in spirit exploring and playing with all those other beloved kiddos waiting patiently to be reunited with his family.

Every time I think back to Moochie, I can’t help, but tear up with heartbreak. He brought us so much joy. He developed a blood clot in his spine on his lower back & was in severe pain & paralyzed from his hind legs. Within two hours, he was gone. A very painful experience. We love/miss him dearly.

How funny! We lost our kiddo Moochie a few years ago. He loved his toys. After we replaced flooring, vents were opened so I cleaned them out…and found all sorts of things he was tossing in there! 🙂 He loved tossing things off high places. 😊 Thankful for the memories he left us. 🥲

So sorry for your loss. Losing our beloved pets is one of the most difficult and painful events to experience. May she be in a better place playing with my kiddos who’ve crossed over. 😔
