Living with my parents has reached a point where I have breakdowns multiple times a week just trying to exist in my own home. My sister shares the same space and is affected as well. I have a plan to move out and relocate from the Philippines to a friend’s home in Australia, but I don’t have the funds to do so yet. At least $100 goes back to my parents every month (rent + repayment for my iPad, which I need for work). Because of this, any money I try to save for moving isn’t stable. I rely on commissions for income, but my mental health has declined to the point where keeping up with them is extremely stressful and inconsistent."
