Traitors' Alexander inspires fans to donate to Mencap - BBC News Alexander Dragonetti says he is "so grateful" for donations to Mencap, which helped his brother.

This is lovely. It shows that even a programme like The Traitors, which in many ways celebrates negative characteristics in people, has also inspired people in a positive way.

Yes, absolutely people can stop using it. But also, there are many positives to social media and many ways it can connect people and be a good thing. It’s a shame that’s being diluted and damaged by recent decisions that, in my view, are harmful and ridiculous.

Great to do something a little different - and spectacular - on a Friday night. We visited the stunning art installation Luxmuralis at Leicester Cathedral.

Blue sky, trees (with no leaves) and fields.

Inside the house, on my day off, playing around with Blue Sky, when I could actually head outside and enjoy the real blue sky (and the bracing, cold air!)

Time to put down my phone and go for a walk!
