Much appreciation to @democracydocket.com for covering these weedy but super important meetings for election administration. www.democracydocket.com/analysis/4-b...
Thank you, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty: “There is no such thing as absolute immunity for federal agents in the state of Minnesota or any other state.” Absolutely right. @fsfp.bsky.social
"When you have a president who's running the country like a mob boss instead of a government, who's running the government for himself, of himself, and by himself, & for his cronies, instead of the people, by the people, and for the people, there's only one solution, & that's impeachment & removal."
There's something wrong when the idea of impeaching Trump gets cheers at CPAC but leaders in the House still can't even countenance the idea. Where are their spines? Congress is supposed to serve as an equal branch of government.
Where are the members of the US House saying they will force daily floor votes on new articles of impeachment against this lawless president? Where are the members of the Senate saying they are ready to vote to convict and remove him? Stop the gaslighting with the 25th Amendment. Use your power…1/
BREAKING: We just released the results of this nationwide poll we commissioned. A majority of people across the country support the impeachment and removal of Donald Trump. They know that Trump has committed multiple abuses of power + poses a direct threat to our republic. @fsfp.bsky.social 1/
Yup. But the @nytimespr.bsky.social and the editors are just ignoring the fact that they published a story that’s false, arguing it’s consistent with the reporting. But it seems Tusk lied and the reporter didn’t know the topic and didn’t bother to fact check and won’t correct it. It’s unbelievable.
They don't care. Have refused to correct the story for months.
In Nov. the @nytimes.com published a front page story promoting Bradley Tusk's Mobile Voting Project, claiming that Anchorage would soon use MVP new tech. Turns out, not only was that a lie, the NYT won't correct the story. So the Anchorage clerk sent a cease & desist.

In a functional democracy, he would offer his resignation tonight.
This is an excellent summary of current circumstances
Kyle Kulinski: “A sundowning president with Alzheimer’s who’s a malignant narcissist is dragging us into WWIII, committing war crimes on a daily basis and crashing the global economy, and nobody is actually grabbing the steering wheel.”
Honored to have made it into Anna’s portrait of the Fulton County hearing! #elections
Anna’s stick figures are Pulitzer-worthy and I will perish on this hill
bonus! I spy 👀 @marilynrmarks.bsky.social and @susangreenhalgh.bsky.social too
For all of those in Congress who claim that the public does not want hear about impeachment, think again. What is missing with far too many members of Congress is the courage to abide by their duty and advance for floor votes impeachment articles against this lawless president. @fsfp.bsky.social
Thank you @aoc.bsky.social. Yes, Trump has committed multiple high crimes and must be impeached and removed. We have documented these grounds for impeachment at www.impeachtrumpagain.org. We urge the Congresswoman to introduce new impeachment articles and force a new floor vote. @fsfp.bsky.social
ODNI Gabbard seized voting machines in Puerto Rico. Reporting suggests that this was done to find fraud in the 2020 presidential election, but there's a major flaw in that pretense - PR has no electoral votes & can't impact presidential election results. #2026elections

Just wondering why the press doesn’t point this out.
Doesn’t have to be one or the other.

Um, FYI, I'm not a "cybersecurity expert," I'm an election security expert.
The White House's trade policy has "opened the door to corruption," according to a letter from Ron Wyden and Chris Van Hollen. n.pr/4qgSrEo
For those keeping score at home:
Trump says regarding his lawsuits vs the US: "I'm supposed to work out a settlement with myself ... We could make it a substantial amount, nobody would care, because it's gonna go to... charities."
Well we @democracydefendersfund.org care. It's illegal!
We already filed 1 complaint & will do more
Thank you for this reporting! Did they give a reason?
Did they give any reason?
That's crazy!
Sounds like they chickened out and don't want to be asked questions.
Election Assistance Commission leaders are now briefing secretaries. Chair Don Palmer notes that the FY26 NDAA requires the EAC to do penetration tests of voting systems. The EAC is working with MITRE on a pentesting exercise for election-night reporting systems.
