raced a rainy 5k in the park last night to switch up this week’s half marathon prep speed work……… basically same time as the 5k i ran in february but this one felt almost easy and controlled :) closed in a 6:27 mile which feels good leading up to the half in a couple weeks

rugby shirt / cargo jeans / indoor soccer shoes is unfortunately the toughest outfit ever conceived. i’m not even going to post a picture it would be too powerful to be viewed with human eyes
