HAAHAH ALL GOOD. I’d consider doing research into the things i reccomended! i used to do beauty school for a while, eyeliner was one of the last things you learn

i wouldnt consider eyeliner very basic at all. if ur trying make ul for the first time, just stick to the basics, foundation, contour, bronzer, blush etc. i’d start learning eyeliner after you’ve nailed eyeshadow
