YouTube is expanding Gifts to include Horizontal streams (on mobile devices).
It had previously been limited to vertical streams on mobile.
YouTube is making ads less intrusive on livestreams.
1. When a viewer sends Super Chats, Stickers, or Gifts, the sender will not see ads for a short period of time.
2. YouTube now recognizes if Chat Engagement is peaking, and will not run ads for anyone during that time.
