I've been thinking for awhile a major shake-up is needed. So I agree with you on the units, and especially about Yoshioka needing that change too.
There was a few moments with Shun and Ben, where my heart sank, thinking he might turn on Hyo yesterday, and the way Jae had the history set up, I was preparing for the worst. I think Ryoya in Psypatra would be interesting, as he has always had an edge to him. Homey in D'Courage would be cool too.

I got a little choked up reading Yoshioka's tweet about Dia. This is what I love about DG; the comradery and friendship.
As soon as i see anything rated/ranked by Rotten Tomato, I don't bother listening. It was a fun movie, and it still is now. Not everything needs to Citizen Kane.
Dia gone from Dragongate is definitely a blow for me, as a fan. The friendship with Yoshioka was so wonderful too. That and when I got into DG in the late of 2018, he was debuting, and you knew then, he was special. I don't know what they're going to do with D'Courage, but we'll wait & see.
This makes me miss my dog and cats. The cats just loved my dog, and vice versa. It was some of the happiest moments seeing them cuddling and grooming her.
