Looking down on a narrow section of golden cobblestone, Vesma (front) is completely amazed as she slowly wanders between market stalls, with Tal'whe close behind. There are colored flags fluttering overhead and many fresh foods to be purchased in the stalls. In honor of the festival, Vesma and Tal'whe have swapped some clothing elements: Vesma is wearing a rusty silk sash with golden coins and orange fingerless arm gloves, while Tal'whe has adopted her friend's bluish tones by way of a sash with red fringe.

Set in blacklight, a white Pegasus with rainbow wings strains against a harness and lead as it rears back. The end of the lead is held by a monstrous skeleton, which strains to keep its grasp despite the bonds snapping free of the horse. Ghastly hands grasp at the Pegasus, trying—but failing—to drag it downward. Behind the horse's head is an eclipse-like halo, the rim of which is colored baby blue, white, and soft pink.

Sinthall the tiger/snow leopard taur stands atop a rocky outcropping covered in snow. He stares into the distance, the pines just beyond burdened with snow. Dusk sets over the scene. Aside from his two-tone stripes, Sinthall is decorated only with a handmade spear and holds a crystal amulet in his hands as he stares into the distance.

He same illustration as the prior image, but this time in a silver frame, hanging on a wall. A simple navy mat clears the distance between the illustration and the edge of the frame.

I don't know if this one ever made it to any of my socials.

Originally made in 2017 for @sinthall.bsky.social, this might be the largest original I've done in this medium (marker/pencil).

A friend of mine helped unlock my inner horse-person during Covid, equines/ungulates have been a love of mine that I'd been sleeping on prior. I actually think Starbright might be the first uni to make it to my gallery proper, which is criminal!

Loooooooong noodle 🍝

You're welcome! It was a happy distraction from whatever else was happening in the environment while I was working on it, as I recall.

Lavi the large indigo noodle dragon dives into the ocean depths, her long body curling behind her. As the water begins to turn dark without the light from the surface, her screen and body ate instead illuminated by shards of glowing crystals suspended in the water which she eyes curiously. They mirror what remains of the broken horn on her forehead.
