I feel this so hard… how is he surviving? I worry about ageism all the time.

...often feel pressure to work late to hit my deadlines. Because if you let those slip, that looks bad on you and before you know it, you're out on the street with no job.

So that forced element of feeling pressured into working harder and later is a very real thing.

Yeah, I get that as well. It's just sad and depressing to face it head-on. Especially when company CEOs are making a killing while those who are in the trenches earn peanuts compared to what they do.

While I don't suggest going 'above and beyond' if it means getting burned out, I know I...
