Honestly, a disappointing opinion. As a Chancery practitioner I would have liked to have seen them engage with the really interesting issues raised. They punted on the big, complex issues because, presumably, they wanted to be done with this case. Won't be one of the seminal opinions unfortunately

I have been a member of the DC Bar for 5 years. I have never, not once, had *anything* to do with the DC Bar. Now they are going to make me participate in DC Bar elections? As my grandmother would say "oy vey! They are driving me mashugana!"
