So many authors get accused of using AI in their work, but I think we need to address the sheer number of beta readers and editors advertising themselves who just plug your stuff through Claude and expect you to pay for the privilege.

If I could offer some adviceβdon't use AI to support/market your work. It makes it look as though you use it to write your books for you as well
Echoes of Ionia Book 2 in the Zero-Point Symphony series Those who return carry what was learned Chief Engineer Horst Altos left Ion Prime six years ago with questions his people didn't want him to ask. Now, with the crew of the Elpis on the run from Atlas and hunted by the Loc'ri Merchant's Guild, the search for the Z-cell Elders brings him back to the ringworld he once called home β and to everything he left behind. On a world forged from the ruins of the one that came before, where tradition is survival and curiosity is a liability, Altos must confront what it means to return as someone different than when he left. Meanwhile, Ava Albright faces her first away mission, a medical mystery she wasn't trained for, and the growing realization that the family she's been searching for might already be the one she's found. With a Loc'ri fleet closing in and time running out, the crew must navigate a city built on silence, unravel a frequency that's tearing through an entire population, and find an Elder hidden among the shattered remains of a dead world β before everything they've risked falls apart. A story of homecoming, tradition, and the courage to evolve, Echoes of Ionia is the second book in the Zero-Point Symphony series β a cozy sci-fi adventure about the places that shaped us, the people who stayed, and the choices that change everything.
For those that have been waiting, here are release details for Echoes of Ionia, the second cozy sci-fi book in the Zero-Point Symphony series.
Echoes of Ionia will be releasing on June 16th 2026.
