Really can't recommend Gribenes more for a quick, delicious, and nutricious meal. More than once I have gone to the butcher and gotten enough chicken skins for four meals for free! Fry up half an onion and a portion of chicken skins in a lil oil until they're brown and crispy, and serve with bread.
