AI is a "smart" hammer. Don't pummel anyone with it.
Of course, I am not a tech bro. I despise AI "artists" just as much as the next guy, but I am not criticizing the tool. It's pointless when the users are the problem, though the tool_makers_ could use some copyright classes, too.
A paintbrush, a chisel, a hammer and an anvil. They're tools. So is AI. You can easily kill someone with a chisel, smash someone with a hammer, drop an anvil onto someone or forcibly stab someone with a paintbrush. Likewise, you can use AI for bad.
Should you? Of course not.

Being an AI is Neuro's whole schtick and Vedal is being transparent about it. An AI "artist" writing prompts to generate morally questionable hentai may be so delusional as to fool themselves into thinking they're an actual artist.
And no, Stable Diffusion and the like are not the same thing as actually picking up a pencil and drawing something yourself. That's replacing your own creativity with a soulless void. You know how to articulate *what* you want, but you also should know *how* to achieve your goal.
I'm not saying you should entirely stop using AI, but you can't let it do absolutely everything for you. Would you let someone control your entire life for you? Of course not! You likely want at least *some* autonomy. AI should be a tool, not a replacement.
An excellent mind is no good without the ability to communicate, and an excellent communicator is no better without understanding. You may use AI to help articulate yourself, but it won't do the thinking for you.
Programming. It's a blessing and a curse, especially when you're hellbent on using your brain and not AI so that you actually understand and know what you're doing :)
A programmer should know how to solve a problem *and* how to "explain" how to solve it to a chunk of silicon... or a couple of them.
Battery-operated power tools. Great invention, it's just that the batteries are crap oftentimes :D
