Trying to recover my Etsy stats as they said because I've had 5 cases, out of 295 orders, and all items that got lost and Etsy responded before I could (within 12 hrs, when I'm mean to have 48 hrs) so it's a negative strike. and if I don't fix it in two weeks my Etsy store could get deleted
