Please hold while this artist is going through adhd drug titration and having her whole life changed (while still staying the same)
Talked about it on stream today - still early days, but it's looking really good so far.
I love my very solid support system, expecially @pedrolabarba.bsky.social

Oh i don't know about that one, I'm super out of the loop these days...
yeah that's what was ringing my bell. I'm not sure what the deal was with that, if it was a deliberate attempt to get audiences to return, or something that got left out of the edit so was added later...
Y'know, I think they did add an extra bonus scene to the first Avengers movie after the first week of release... though I may be imagining that...
Genuinely suspect there will be variant post-credit scenes at some point. Like the different endings CLUE had.
I'm hoping for a glow in the dark screening. Oh wait... They all glow in the dark...
"Slip on the wet floor did you?" Was a bit of a catchphrase for a while with us lot, any time anyone tripped or slipped or any time anyone got their comeuppance
Pleased to find the ACTION Special in Morrisons - my local TGJones weren't stocking it
Helping my dad declutter. He may be a bit of a hoarder...
Hollywood picking up all comics' worst habits. How long until they introduce variant actors and blind bagged screen times and seat assignments.
Illustration, a mass of people carrying flaming torches climb a rocky hill towards an old windmill, above in the clouds the visage of a man scarred by medical procedures.
"Burn the mill! Burn it down! Burn the mill!"
The visually striking moment the mob head to the mill on the hill with torches ready. I wanted to do the classic Karloff creature shot and thought it would merge well with the mill. Another Post-It Note piece.
That's fantastic, Graeme!
I have. Had it last week but collections don't start until the week of the 27th
Also: Loony Tunes were literally made for the cinema, to be shown before the main feature (along with cliffhanger serials, shorts, newsreels, etc)
Plus they're just plain brilliant.
I never noticed the clunky edits until years later. I'm amazed it survived the number of times I read it and reread it. It's a helluva single issue.
Some of my very earliest Batman comics, and still some of my favourites - these two issues in particular - one has almost the complete Englehart/Rogers run, the other has stories by Michael Golden, Mike Nasser, Walt Simonson...
So pleased to have almost doubled my collection of UK DC Pocketbooks over the weekend - digest size, 100 pages, card cover, really nice flat full colour, but awful binding, published by Egmont/Methuen - quite pricey for the time, and rarer than hen's teeth to find.
The last time I rewatched Silence Of The Lambs I was shocked by how short it was!
Just under two hours but it moved fast! Not an ounce of fat on it.
Often a very very disgusting way. But there's no need to keep going on about it every week. I'm starting to think zoologists are a bunch of perverts...
Yes do, I'd be interested.
Thanks!
Close Encounters and Planet Of The Apes were narrowly cropped off the bottom of the list, purely for space, but if they do ever show up at the cinema there's honestly no way I'll pass on those so I should add them.
SLambs I saw at the cinema on release and remember that experience well!
Look, the Dark Judges have to pay the bills between gigs the same as everyone else...
Look, I really enjoy NATURE TABLE on Radio 4 lot, but enough with the wacky animal sex/genitalia stuff now please, its starting to feel a bit fetishy.
Me: I hope they tone down the weird copulation ritual stuff this series...
Ep 1: SLUG SPEAR PENISES! *pant pant pant*

I absolutely loved it - phenomenal movie - until the ending, then it completely lost me.
The first two episodes of JOURNEY TO THE STARS from SPEED issues 1 & 2 [23rd February 1980 and 2nd March 1980]
Script by Barrie Tomlinson, I think, and art by Ron Turner
The first episode of DOOMLORD from THE EAGLE (series 2) [27th March 1982]
A collection of this first photostrip story coming from Hibernia soon I believe.
I would make things and then very easily not show them to anyone.
Thanks, Michael, I was raised well.
I also keep thinking of movies I want to add to the list...
It did look very very nice indeed
