I recommend Grant Abitt, this man single handedly made me love Blender and I actually modeled a few things on my own since the well tutorial.

It's not the same for everyone, but I have noticed that for me, when I sleep on my back I'm more likely to have sleep paralysis. Or if I've been sleep deprived.
