Been off of caffeine for almost a month now and my sleep has def felt more fulfilling. I still sleep bad, like waking up at 4 or 5am, but even shitty sleep is providing more actual Rest than before

OpenFX seems to almost intentionally pretend like Vulkan doesn't exist for some reason. So I'll have to just do what I do in After Effects and make a regular CPU-plugin that is just Vulkan under the hood 😖

The usual people are going to have their "don't like AI? then go live in a forest!"-takes and then someone that strictly surrounds themselves with b2b-saas finance-bros is going to chime in and say "ALL programmers use AI! WE all use AI!! WE'RE all okay with this!!" and artists will think it's true.

Ppl are learning that the VHS-filter webapp thing was allegedly made by an AI-supporter who very likely vibe-coded it, that sucks!
I feel like this is the second time this has happened this year so far(like that one AI-Coded animation tool), and it will prob keep happening unfortunately.

I notice there are waves of vibecoded project ideas going on, like the same 4 or 5 ideas for a few months all made by different people.
ASCII-art filter dithering filter, VHS filter, etc. And everyone is charging for a "Pro" version and their websites all kinda look the same😵‍💫
