My fav was Donny Baseball, as LAD Mgr, visiting pitcher on mound, walked off & crossed foul line. He then stepped back over foul line to tell pitcher something. Mattingly then learned that was a 2nd visit & had to remove the pitcher.

Also, balking in a run sucks too
