While yeah, it could partially be from.the trauma of it all, its really striking how similarly this stuff seems to a tbi or post concussion syndrome

Just got my groceries delivered and grabbing them to put them away was surprisingly straining, like, it knocked me on my ass and I only put away the frozen stuff lol

Everything feels like its burning down, I cant take it anymore, its all to real right now and I dont know what to do.

We cant work because of my injury and the trauma is destroying me I hate to ask for anything but we really need some help, any help

Wish there was more time in the day. I dont feel like I get enough of it as myself. Stella and Ember deserve time in this world to, dont get me wrong, but I genuinely do wish we could have our own bodies. Our own minds, and our own separate identities.

I genuinely dont know who I am, or what my name is, Ash, Stella, Ember?

Its like i fronted but locked out of knowing who I am, the person I am is locked up and only some memories remain accessible

there is a silence so loud I can almost hear a name

I feel oddly unified right now dont know how that happened, maybe the most major pieces of me are kinda in sync, oh and Ember spoke today :)
