The word CAN mean many things, including "not willing.".
BUT it is often used instead of using other language to understand whats going on for the person that its being used for.
When we use it, often it is used to insult and not in an attempt to understand/empathize.

Lazy means leisure. Relaxation, slow paced, and time to be enjoyed.
Try to remember that when you say it to someone, because I bet that's not how they are feeling in the slightest when it comes to not feeling motivated.
