It’s Autism Awareness Month.
I went most of my life without a diagnosis.
Then I played Sam in BitterSweet…
and things started to make sense.
Now playing on Tubi and Prime Video. Link in bio/reply👇
This is what we call the Startini shot.
Rebuilding on Tik Tok after being mysteriously banned is not for the faint of heart but...
A fan just called me a “DreamBoat.”
I kinda love this word.
Can we bring DreamBoat back?

Bob Dylan wrote this song in 1963.
Still hits in 2026.
Maybe this is what got me banned from Tik Tok...
I guess my film is too controversial… my TikTok account was banned while I was promoting the ad campaign for BitterSweet.
As I rebuild, I’ll be reposting favorites, celebrating BitterSweet’s nominations for Best Indie Comedy & Best Indie Romance at Film Threat's Award This!

Rebuilding on a platform that permanently banned me for no specific reason is not for the faint of heart. But neither is making and releasing an indie film. Yet that's all we can do to keep going. It's been 1 day and I already got .1% of my followers back. #TikTok #TikTokSky
Darkness dwells in Culver City. While we were on strike at Sony I discovered a secret portal in the Backstage bathroom which told me where to stick my strike sign. Please investigate this cosmic corruption, Pam Bondi. #CulverCity #CulverCitySky
Here’s some young Cadet Alex Stone to cleanse your timeline.
Curious what kind of trouble he’s getting into these days…
Friday.
Unity achieved.
Nobody knows how.
Please remain calm.
We're doing our best.
Waiting on notes.
Draft feels great.
Creative limbo sinks in.
Must choose what to write next.
One script to make. One script to sell. One script to rule them all.
Our world is too noisy and oozing with ick.
Watched Full Metal Jacket to celebrate finishing my new draft.
Felt inspired to let moments breathe, so I added three pages of pure directing on the page.
Because I can.
Kubrick’s comedy chops still don’t get talked about enough.
108 pages.
After a full day of digging into notes and pulling the script apart, something major finally clicked at 2AM. Hard but fun. Good writing day.
LA screenwriters: Screenwriting Threads meetup tomorrow night in Santa Monica. I’m planning to go mingle with the coolest introverts in town so we can mumble and nod as we wrestle the great slugline conundrum. Bold and underlined.
John Book and his Amish Bretheren will return in Avengers Doomsday.
This was one of my favorite moments when we were filming Major Payne. It was hard to maintain a straight face but we managed to keep it serious and tense.
If you think people can't change:
I was a lifelong dog person,
hated cats,
and was severely allergic.
Now I’m owned by these two adorable weirdos. 🐱
Change sneaks up on you.
Who among us can really write through a headache? Stomach ache? Depression? Which ailments make you skip writing and what kind of pain can you push through and still get decent pages done?
2 Back To The Futures: Same script. Same character.
Dark wardrobe = dramatic Marty.
Sky-blue wardrobe = comedic Marty.
Clothing is more than decoration, it’s storytelling.
They fired Eric Stoltz for being too dark. If were him, I'd be so mad at the costume designer.
Finished draft 3 of my newest script.
That distinct feeling of wanting to share the moment while also wanting to preserve it. A good reminder I’m on the right track. 101 pages.
A family tracked down my Dad to say they loved my movie BitterSweet. They watched it during a large family gathering in Staten Island. A room full of 25 people who usually fight about movies but they all clapped at the end of mine. That feels good. Laugh, gasp, clap, here tubitv.com/movies/10004...
A Venezuelan sandwich with a small Venezuela flag on top, circled by three dipping sauces. Headline at the bottom of image reads “Nice Places to Get to Know Venezuelan Food in L.A.”
These are L.A.'s nine best places for getting to know Venezuelan cooking, from its beloved arepas, tequeños, and cachapas, to its national dish of pabellón criollo.

Anaconda is fun for the whole family. A celebration of filmmaking itself. The meta making a movie about making a movie plays really well on the big screen. Action/comedy gold, the theater was lololing, me being the loudest. Great end credits sequence. More adventure than horror.
The Overton window is so wide open that abducting leaders from sovereign nations is now on the table.
Which means it’s finally time to free John McTiernan from director jail.
I'm assembling the perfect search and rescue team...
