On the Senate floor, @cantwell.senate.gov highlighted that more than 21 million American citizens do not have ready access to a passport or birth certificate — documents most Americans would need to register to vote under the SAVE Act.

Tomorrow marks the 61st anniversary of Bloody Sunday in Selma, Alabama. It also marks the 60th anniversary of the Supreme Court first upholding the Voting Rights Act.
