I wonder if people would be more likely to enable 2FA on Bluesky if TOTP authenticators (Google/Microsoft Authenticator, Bitwarden, Apple Passwords, Ente Auth…) were supported.

Why have you never allowed TOTP 2FA? I don’t like having to check my email every time I want to use my main Bluesky account.

I still don’t know why @fedica.com decides to show display names instead of handles when pinging Bluesky users, since some people put extraneous stuff in display names. Would be nice to have an option to go back to showing handles.
