New LGR Oddware!
youtu.be/19_OMV2P33I
Looking at the Digisette Duo MP3 from 2000, a standalone MP3 player built into a compact cassette shell letting you play digital audio through a tape player. And it syncs to a Windows PC using the parallel port! Nifty stuff, and it only gets better from there.
gosh I hope so

Sure thing, as long as it’s credited then use any footage you like!
ahh I forgot about that site 😄
HOLY SHIT LGR DID A NERF ARENA BLAST VIDEO I AM SO HAPPY
I spent YEARS in Nerf Arena Blast as a teen since every other FPS was too "violent", playing in our family clan, converting Unreal and UT maps with the included NerfEd, and still have my original NAB disc!
Thankfully it's had updates to run on modern hardware, shipped with the same SMP issue as UT99
Before Unreal Tournament, there was NERF

Nerf Arena Blast literally nerfed UT! They use the same engine and were developed alongside each other, but after you get past the "UT Total Conversion” feel, NAB reveals its own distinct identity. Let's look back at it 27 years later!
I have a favor, and it’s to share this fundraiser (or donate, if you feel inclined. That would rock.) I am really involved in the ceramics community and I think art is so beneficial to kids; I think it can change lives. Link here: www.gofundme.com/f/help-reviv...
A print ad for "Prinapen 500™", a handheld inkjet printer from the year 1990. The largest photo in ad is one of a hand holding the printer, and etching the name of the product onto a shapely, moody lit, pair of buttocks.
We went wrong as a society the minute we abandoned the idea of ass printers.
A screenshot of a list of directories related to AOL for the Macintosh.
Original AOL icons with Apple logos on them!
Random SyQuest disk find of the day:
AOL for Macintosh source code from 1993!?
Whaaatttt?! 😳
Look at those original icons with the Apple logo in them!

Wow that looks great. Yeah consider me interested!
Thank you! Hope you’ve been well!
haha I actually put in a bid on exactly one of these last year, was sad I lost
NO MORE STORAGE UNITS.

Looking at the new LGR warehouse workshop storage building thing! Going over what's been done, what comes next, and how I plan to use it for the channel going forward. Thank you so much for your ongoing support, y'all have made this possible!
Ahh, the first CD-ROM specific game I got after the family bought an IBM-compatible in early 1995.
Pretty sure this was instrumental in putting me off the CD-ROM format for gaming to this day, and driving me towards my love of the N64...

DAY6.ANS, 1991-01-31 from CD-ROM Magic 1995 #1 (CD-ROM)
Wow, check this out: an LGR viewer found screenshots for the (presumably) cancelled SimAnt Enhanced CD-ROM for DOS PCs! They found the images on an Interplay press kit they had years ago. First time these screens have been posted online, far as I can tell!
Great video. This was the first Sim City I played, which is not ideal. The video compares cd-rom rereleases to how we have so many remasters now and it gave me the cursed but also good thought that instead of remaking games like Bloodborne, we rerelease the original but shoehorn in some cheap fmv
One I own and do plan to cover!
YES. The first SimCity I ever played was the SNES one. The second was this one, and as a kid my primary interaction with it was to turn on all the disasters and watch the ridiculous SIM CITY ACTION NEWS videos. It was extremely fun and extremely funny (for a few minutes before it would get boring)
The version of SimCity I grew up with apart from the SNES game. LGR finally covering it is great, more people need to know about this weird take on the series.
that guy didn't arrive till SimCity 2000 so unfortunately not!
Hope you're in the mood for some CHEESE
youtu.be/zRfpuaHuzDY
FMV cheese, mm. I've covered SimCity before, but this odd 1994 Interplay release is one I haven't reviewed until now. The Enhanced CD-ROM with copious amounts of full motion video! It's both enjoyably silly and unfortunately frustrating.
The first ever Ancient DOS Games Shareware Edition side series video is uploaded and ready to watch! youtu.be/-pdMaOxgqII
