But what are health care workers to do, provide no care at all for patients who need it? Where is the solution, how do we stop people from falling through the cracks in the health care system? How can the system better support its employees? There is no answer if the top priority is profit.

The medical system cannot ethically be based in capitalism. Med companies get rich by swindling their workers who have to limit their ability to provide patients with the best care. People get sicker, workers get frustrated, companies get richer. They benefit from people being sick and staying sick!
