Robocop is a perfect example. You’re just intentionally being contrarian because AGAIN you have a vendetta against Ant. You saying Robocop or Akira aren’t actually cyberpunk makes you sound ignorant of what the subgenre actually is.
But this film IS cyberpunk. It’s also satirical but saying that satire disqualifies it from being cyberpunk is rather naive and screams you only trying to pull it apart because Ant made a video using it as an example.
Dystopian science-fiction future where corporations control everyday life. Where body parts are augmented and often times used for nefarious purposes. It’s one of the most cyberpunk films.

So that Backrooms movie actually looks gorgeous. The cinematography and set design is striking in that trailer and I can’t believe this is coming from a 19 year old director. It blows my mind.
