We should avoid using the term #alligatoralcatraz.
It reduces the nation’s latest manifestation of human rights abuse, racism and cruelty to the level of a Saturday morning tv cartoon.

As we’ve reported before, ICE facilities are rife with human rights violations. Now, the Department of Homeland Security is trying to hide them, formally requiring members of Congress and their staff to give seven days’ notice before visiting immigration detention centers.

Apparently few care about me. I posted… got one acknowledgment but no inquiry as to what I was doing on the other did etc of the country.
