Honestly? Id say so. Even if it may be small upgrades, I do notice a huge difference between shape, handling, and graphics that ive been really enjoying overall.

Excited for book club meeting #2! We've successfully completed our second book of the year. Much quicker than I expected, so I've been diving into the Bridgerton series. FINALLY. Until our 3rd book has been decided on.

I said the same thing too about the repitiveness, like with Vin's trust. I understand the theme of trust being constantly woven in, but we dont have to say "vin can't trust anyone" over and over again. Show us through her actions and interactions with the world and people.
I can definitely understand that. I will say it was a simple enough magic system to understand once you knew what each metal did, just became hard to follow when it came to the actual combat.
I gave mistborn a 4/5 rating. I enjoyed the magic system and the way he build up hope in his world. I think this kind of book in our current climate is something we can learn from. I do recommend it for those who are just getting into fantasy books.
