i just found out mitra-web doesnt always release subversions in coordination with mitra. Looks like another thing that can fuck up my dockerfile.

on the 4th of janurary i uploaded a faulty image of mitra 4.16.0 to the docker registries i publish to. Now i finally fixed it. I probably used the wrong docker image to make it but anyways fjox/docker will soon get updated to the latest mitra version.
