That is totally fine, especially from a CS perspective, but the majority of requests I receive just say "Change my address" and offer nothing else, not even the address. I think intent here is most important.

6.) Be kind to us, please. I can't stress enough how much can get done with a positive mindset.I know how frustrating it is to receive a damaged product. Just know that for the BG industry, we will work towards a resolution; all we ask for is patience, kindness, and respect. <3

5.) Send photos along with the complete request and shipping address in the initial email. This is essential because requests are often submitted through multiple publishers. To get the fastest response and resolution, please have your information ready in advance.

4.) Read the terms! I can promise you that almost every request can be resolved, and most board game publishers can accommodate these requests; however, it's NOT guaranteed or a blanket policy across all publishers. Be mindful of the store policies before reaching out.

3.) Expect 1-2 weeks for a domestic resolution, however if you are international this can be increased to 3-4 weeks due to the terrible shipping challenges we are facing globally.

2.) Use the same email you used when ordering when emailing customer service. This is crucial for quick response, because it allows us to research your order before even replying. Alot of times we can fully resolve your request with just the correct email!

1.) Do not email on Fridays. It's not that we're unavailable; Friday is a recap-and-report day, and very few "new" requests get resolved or even answered on Fridays.

I will remain focused for Year 2 of this campaign, as we begin Mistborn, and at the same time, I am finding personal closure after a year marked by profound grief. I am reminded every day that with the support of my teams, family, and partners, I can truly keep moving forward.
