(I mean, yes, it does matter, but not for financial incentive!!!)

What do you MEAN patient satisfaction matters-
Watching The Pitt from a country with universal health care is wild. What do you mean you can rate your hospital on Yelp-
Yesterday I spoke at a high school in Calgary, giving the students a quick rundown of my creative career and things I wish I'd known when I was their age.
Here's a summary of key points I covered:
โข My career is nothing like what I envisioned when I was young, but key parts of it shaped my future.
Someone on Facebook complained that the effort we spent holding a funeral for a raccoon-shaped traffic cone would have been put to better use picking up litter. We can do that too โ meet at the diverter this Saturday. #BikeHfx
We got the last Huntr/X and Mutemath in Dartmouth - sold out 30 mins after the store opened. Methinks physical media is definitely making a comeback.
KPDH put out limited edition vinyls for Record Store Day ๐คฉ
I think I was like 10 when I first watched Alien. The chest burster scene scared me so bad I couldn't finish the movie, and wasn't able to watch it again until I was in college.
You put an item in your cart then decide you don't want it and put it back on the shelf. You then receive 3 calls from the store over the next few days asking you to reconsider buying the item.
Sometimes I think about how insane e-commerce sale tactics would have been 20 years ago
Every store you've ever bought anything at automatically starts sending you 3 flyers a week
Most working artists I know have little to no social media presence. Internet clout doesn't mean much unless you're going fully freelance and trying to build a brand.
Up way past his bedtime
Can you kind people please report this etsy art thief for me? ๐ thank you so much to mavhenan on tumblr for alerting me to this

Halifax/Dartmouth folks with young kiddos, they deliver here too! We just recently enrolled our son ๐ฅฐ
I am more afraid of the USA than any other country we've been told to be afraid of in the last 10 years lol
The horrors will continue until morale improves
WOW
YES, definitely! Those things are sooo handy.
We also used cloth wipes! I got a Costco box of Kirkland wipes at my baby shower and we *just* finished going through it haha
We did keep disposables as backup but I'd say we bought maybe 5 boxes total over the last 3 years, and we struggled to finish a pack before he aged out of them. I wound up donating a lot through hand-me-down FB groups.
Our main reason for going cloth was environmental concerns. But saving money was a nice perk. We bought almost everything second-hand and maybe spent $300 total on our entire stash, which we used for the entire 2.5 years.
Potty training our son this weekend, which means our first cloth diaper journey is coming to an end. I'd like to thank everyone who didn't believe in me for empowering me to succeed out of spite ๐ฅฐ
Story callout: Do you live in Halifax and work at a job that pays you minimum wage?
One of our reporters is looking to speak to people about their day-to-day experiences as the cost of living continues to rise. Email us: CHnewsroom@postmedia.com.
Kiddo is really into Magic Schoolbus lately and it's making me so nostalgic for that era of animation!!

fun reminder:
the reason why they make these fucking pointless "live action" remakes is because since it's "live action", the animation is considered "vfx" and not character animation, so they can pay these non-unionized satellite studios fuck-all and make a cool few million for essentially nothing
