We did some cleaning in our storage room today. I found my sketchpad from when I was manic. I have no idea what this pic represents. I don't want to be in the frame of mind to interpret it because I was having fun but at a high cost to my mental health. This is from 2005.

I am struggling for that peace right now, but I know I will get there again.

I have had a great week in Toronto for work training. Catching the train home to Windsor soon 😀

Day 2 of Aboriginal Legal Services work training. Yesterday we learned about motivational interviewing. A very text book Western approach. Need to throw some medicine wheels in there 🤣

Today we learn narrative therapy techniques. I wonder if there will be medicine wheels 😆
