hell they can't even be arsed to hire more robots to PRETEND to be support reps

I just don't understand why, with more money than god, they can't hire more support reps

I made progress on this, where by progress I mean I discovered lots of forum posts confirming that a) lots of people have this problem; b) it may be related to conflicts between Anthropic's *various* Github integrations; and c) it's not just me, Anthropic support for paying customers is a black hole

It's been like this for a week and support is 🦗🦗🦗

Hey @anthropic.com Github connector shows connected but Claude sees no Github connection. I've refreshed, revoked and reconnected, and set up *an entirely new Claude account under a different email* to no avail.

Support does not respond to tickets.

Posting here in case anyone is paying attention.
