I was listening to a book this weekend that was about not getting caught in the details, and devolve into negative sensitivities. It was science backed until about half way… and then it turned religious and spiritual. Not happy with bait and switch 😔

Hotels have to give you money back if the noise levels are too loud. Apartment developers don’t so they don’t care! Hotels try to have toilets against non-connected walls. Developers try to squeeze it into the smallest space possible to make more money. So… greed for both answers!

Genuinely I have been in my head for a while, but am finding that the weights training helped. I’m trying mostly because well, fake hernia won’t go away on its own and lifting is not advised while hernia. So… running it is, while wearing funny shirts!

I'm overworked, and keep falling asleep as soon as I stop moving. I'm edging overload again. I hate it.
It doesn't actually make sense to me. How does exertion actually make my pain better when it should be worse? If I sit, if I rest, I feel worse. I'm starting to wonder if my body just hates me.
Also, my "fake" hernia is really bothering me. All I see when I look down is boobs and belly.
But you want to know what is really, really weird. I felt better after running on Saturday (4km out of 5km) and yesterday (2km continuous) than I do right now.
I wake up with nothing, and then as my body wakes up, and my nerve endings fire, everything starts to go wrong.
Dumping crap here because it needs to be out of my brain... I f*cking hurt.
I have pain in my back, right hip, head, left knee.
It's sitting somewhere around a 9 outta 10.
My co-worker is ill today so I don't feel like that I can call in sick.

But it's a bit weird, I'm running at the moment with a brace around my core, and a sacroiliac belt, to counter the bloody body issues. Oh and a knee brace because my knees hate me. But only on the treadmill. I don't need them in the wild.

Okay, so I am about 5 weeks into my latest C25K journey, and I hurt! I am having gall bladder pain with no fecking gall bladder, my fake hernia means my core strength has fecked off and I have savage periods every 2 weeks that last 10 days! My body is a mess but not giving up yet!
