Some gentle teasing to welcome a friend's visit

About a 6-7 on the Mohs hardness scale. Primarily comprised of jasper, agate, and chalcedony as well as many other common minerals such as quartz, pyrite, common opal and calcite

They're more like wizards, though with emotion based magic

Considering that it turns more solid and harder under heat, friction would likely make it so that it continuously harden proportionally to the amount applied to it. Thinking of it like a non-newtonian fluid in this case. Practically it could be used as a anti-lubricant
