Why is it that, in Star Wars, when Chewbacca talks to anyone, why does the other person not speak in Wookie to him in reply? Han Solo clearly understands Wookie as he replies to him but why does he not speak back to him in Wookie? 🤔

We were watching Apes of Wrath episode of Garth Marenghi's Dark Place. Rick was knocked out for a month. Said to husband "Why doesn't he have a beard after that?". Husband looked at me incredulously saying "the whole episode is nonsense and that's the bit that troubles you?" 😂

Plumber came today to unblock drain, husband said "He used a rod plunger" at which I laughed and said "Rod Plunger sounds like an adult film star" and, while searching for what an earth a rod plunger was, husband said innocently "The plumber said he preferred the 6 inch one" 😂

Re-watching Garth Marenghi's Dark Place again and had forgotten how funny and yet ludicrously over the top it is 😂 Matt Berry is so good in it "Not my fault! Monkey bastard hands!" is the best line 😂

I cried buckets at that scene, it was so beautiful ❤️

Yeah, husband pointed that out to me and I vaguely remembered it as I grew up in the North East of England and he in Scotland. Husband has zero fillings in his teeth whereas my mouth is a horrorshow of dental work so maybe sucking sweets was not the best way to go teeth wise 😂

Husband said that he had the willpower to suck the first one or two then he was at the rest of the packet like a hungry labrador whereas I have always sucked them and never questioned it 😂 it's weird the things you find out about your husband after almost 17 years or marriage and 19 years together 😂

While watching episode of quiz show Tenable, husband looked up from his phone at the question and said "Hmm, think that I'd just stand up, take off my mic and run full speed into the vortex, I've got nothing" which had me crying with laughter 😂 the question? Taylor Swift songs.

Husband exclaimed "Wow, you must have iron willpower!" after the revelation that I've always sucked Fruit Pastilles/Fruit Gums etc. instead of sucking the first two then chomping the way through the packet. Am I the weirdo? I just thought everyone sucked them 😂

Sometimes I look at the TV shows that are coming to the TV and I think that Alan Partridge must have started working in TV creative teams. Not Steve Coogan, *actual* Alan Partridge. Some shows, particularly reality TV, seem to come straight from the mind of the man who suggested 'Monkey Tennis' 😂

Just watched Planes, Trains and Automobiles and found two things - 1. Kevin Bacon is in it briefly and 2. There's an end of credits scene that I'd never seen before. Great film, John Candy and Steve Martin are superb in it ❤️

Weirdly though my brain doesn't stop me from eating tons of cakey, pastry things when I stay at a hotel and have breakfast. Suddenly a muffin, despite being cakey, is ok with my brain in that circumstance, but when I think of having cake at home for breakfast, my brain goes "No cake for you!" 😂

Ouch! 🫂 If it's any consolation, while showering yesterday I was washing my face and was so vigorous that I accidentally shoved my finger up my nose roughly while rubbing on the face wash 😭 it hurt and I got soap stuff up my nose so that was yucky.

Sometimes I want cake for breakfast, then I don't and later on I think "I'm an actual adult, I can have cake whenever I want!". So, do I have cake for breakfast the next day? No, I don't, because for some reason I think that I'm not allowed and I'm annoyed about that 😂 my brain is a dick to me 😂

It would be a great way for him to interact without getting trolled by randoms on social media. Poor guy, he gets so much hassle whenever he posts anything 😢

Maybe Taika is doing that thing where you transport yourself into people's dreams to show that he appreciates his fans? I'd like to think that ❤️

I love this story, each chapter is an absolute delight of two silly people who are pining and not using their words ❤️ such fantastic writing and awesome artwork. Can't wait for the next chapter ❤️

He's pretty good at improv so maybe he'd just go along with it? The pen seeking dream was really vivid as well, I was so obsessed with finding a pen and my lucid brain kept saying "You do know that he's Taika, don't you? Ask him something cool!" and yet I talked pens 😂 Freud would have a field day 😂

Husband just told me he dreamed he was having a rap battle with someone and he was really good but he lost to the other guy. In his own dream 😂 he said "It's weird as I saved the really great lyrics for the other guy. My own f*cking brain!" 😂

😂 It just feels like a missed opportunity doesn't it when that happens? I didn't ask him any questions about acting/directing or what flavour ice cream he likes etc. All I kept wittering on about was where all the pens were 😂

Had a dream last night I worked in an office with Taika Waititi, he asked me if I had a pen. I didn't so we went to search and, in the whole office, we couldn't find a pen. Woke up and thought "All the adventures I could have gone on with him and my brain gave me pen seeking" 😂

That's awesome ❤️ it's funny though as I got confused and thought you meant Buttons from #OFMD for a second 😂
