This should be taught in schools world wide. Teaching consent outside of a sexual education class (note: there a lot of weirdos that don’t want sex ed in schools & are trying to remove it) is something youth need to learn. Every person (of any gender) needs to know what no looks, feels like & means.
As an adult from a different generation, even I have to remember to ask permission first for a hug, or take a picture, or pet their dog, or anything that impinges on someone else's personal space.
