I have asked historians online when in history was an authoritarian regime removed from power peacefully. No one wants to answer. Was the American Revolution peaceful? I'm not advocating for violence....but how effective are strongly worded letters? We're bringing plastic knives to gun fights...

People are in fact organizing. Some folks are flying under the radar. Others are quietly building a strong network/community close to home...which is incredibly effective. I'd like to see a general strike too. People can barely afford groceries. They are scared.

It's important that we have record of the violence for future prosecutions. That day is coming. We haven't even begun to fight back. We've protested and boycotted businesses. Expect them to intensify the cruelty. They are desperate. Authoritarian regimes are far more fragile than democracies.
