This was an absolute trip. Like I would be following the story and liked how they showed the passage of time but ohhh boy did it get very suddenly full on and confusing but like not in a bad way but what the fuck just happened. Later found out it was a biblical retelling?
During the night and felt something go pop or thud (honestly not sure now) in my neck near my skull. Now I'm stuck spending the day in discomfort as I try to gently keep moving my head so my neck and shoulders don't fully seize up. Heat packs, gentle massage and pain meds. Woo.

A random pick that actually paid off this time. I enjoyed the flow of the movie as well as the story of it and the effects. Creature films are always fun when done well.

Another beauty treatment goes horribly wrong. A couple of giggles but overall just okay. Follows the same flow as all the other movies of this kind. Did enjoy the opening going straight to it though.

Ehhh..... 30 minutes story lead in, 30 minutes Saw (but basic), 30 minutes Hostel. Could tell the ending very early on. It was okay but more of a background watch, not a main focus.

This was such a fun and silly movie. Got a little confusing at times to keep up with who was who when what happened but overall was an entertaining watch.
It's been a rough start to the year but we are working on picking up the pieces and one of those is getting back into leaving myself little notes on games, movies and books I've enjoyed on here so I don't forget them. I've updated my tags to shorten them a little this year.

This was honestly a fun little slasher watch. Picked at random, I enjoyed the Aussie feel and the story telling in it. Good example too of not just believing everything you see online.

I have been waiting for this after how hard I got into the first one. So much is a struggle right now but I've taken tomorrow off work and so for the next two and a half days... This. My snacks are organised. My man already knows I'm going hard into it. I will get to just switch off from everything.
Life has been real rough lately and one of the few things giving my mind some peace has been going back to playing Pokemon ZA and Endfield, and knowing that Pokopia and Death Stranding 2 (on PC) are both coming out soon.
Just let me switch off and only exist in those spaces for a bit please...
