One of my favorite #cyanotype pieces I did over the summer and the first one I tried on fabric. Also my first try at stretching a canvas.

A new passion for me last year. Learning to #makeink. This is all the same ink. Made from buckthorn berries. The color changes from blue to yellow as the alkalinity of the ink increases. I wish I’d stopped at that beautiful green. There’s always next years crop.

Some low key ginkgo leaves on this #cyanotype. This was one of the last pieces I did in 2024. I think this darker look is a direction I want to continue in 2025.

A hand dyed leather tray.
I dyed this one in natural indigo shortly after the election when the world seemed ugly and I wanted to respond by adding something beautiful instead. Last one of a whole set I did that day.
