Grieving quietly

I just am sad

In a span of 8 months I’ve lose my youngest sister and my mother. That’s half of my birth family. Gone.

Soo last week my mom died.

Soooo I forgot I had Bluesky.

I want to be a veggie/fruit plant girlie so bad but I think I have the flower thumb instead. My veggies and fruit are okay but not outstanding and my flowers are just popping. It’s almost like nothing to grow flowers. I can throw seeds and flowers will bloom kinda green thumb.

I guess my current hyperfixation is gardening 🤣🤣🤣🤣 👩🏽‍🌾

I also got a $4 hibiscus plant on sale and somehow got it back to life and now it’s thriving. I have gotten alot of blooms

Garden update. Got like 5 cucumber plants and 10 cabbages. One tomato plant. Watermelon plant looks like it’s not making it. 2 strawberry plants looking okayish. Marigolds are thriving. No more lettuce plants cause the birds ate them. Planted some pumpkin seeds. Soo uh it’s going

Taking a summer break and restarting in the fall.

This was not my best semester

Passed this semester with all B’s. Kinda shocked. I missed so many deadlines and missed a few tests cause I was grieving. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Paid $10 for a strawberry plant that’s giving me 3 berries. Love it 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Earlier I was telling someone I don’t have the heart to finish the blanket I was working on because I had envisioned it going to my sister and now it’s just there. Unfinished.

We celebrated my child’a birthday! She went from 0-5 so fast 😭😭😭 I can’t believe I have a 5 year old already! 😱😱
