Aside from that, thats really all I've got in terms of pics and stories for MAGfest 2026. I absolutely did have a blast, and I will 100% be spreading my wings again next year to come back, so expect more stories in a years time! Already looking forward for MAG 2027 :D

Our last adventure before heading back home was a quick trip to build a bear, where I got my own lil friend! Meet Pepper! They're a shapeshifter dragon like me! (Their wings are removable, lol) They smell like peppermint, and give great hugs when I miss my Friends, both new and old.

Sunday was our last day there, and aside from one more look through of merchants row, our last big meetup we wanted to go to was the Plushy Meetup that morning! I was able to bring my Substitute Plush and my old Yoshi for the photoshoot, both of whom are over on the right!

Also this meetup has definitely brought back my desire to finish my own fursuit, which is super exciting! has only taken me 3 years to finally get it again, lmao.

We also went to the Furry meetup that my bestie Fire arranged that night at 8pm! I unfortunately don't have a pic of that event, but it was so lovely getting to finally be around other fursuiters for the first time, and they gave me stickers! I need stickers of my own for next year definitely!

We also got the chance to see the MAGfest community orchestra Saturday morning! They played a wonderful selection of music, but nothing could have prepared me for the instant steel chair to the kneecaps that was them playing the Staff Roll from Super Mario Galaxy first. Instant tears of happiness!

I will note, not all of this was stuff from the con center, and a lot of it was gifts from my friends, but a good bit of everything was definitely my own spending, lol. Worth all the hard work saving last year!

For Saturday, I needed some time to disassociate, so I did the most responsible thing. Put on my noise cancelling headphones, play the Delfino Plaza remix from smash bros, and marched right into the Merchants Row! Do not ask how much I spent, I don't wanna know either, lmao. This was my haul!

Oh! I also recieved big hugs and uppies from the lovely @parlnock.bsky.social
we both got a lil dizzy by the end, but it was worth it for the warm and fuzzy hugs!

Also, huge props to the first artist who drew on my new sketchbooks first page, you really helped breaking it in for me! I also now have a goal this year to try and learn to draw faster! I wanna make sure I can draw for as many people as possible next time! So y'all better be ready for me in 2027 :D

My badge ended up coming in handy for later that evening when I went to my first ever sketchbook swap with the lovely Lady Verity! It was for OCs and was so popular we ended up having to sit on the floor, lol. Thank you to all the wonderful artists who drew my sona! Y'alls art really warms my heart!

Friday started out with my friends and I going to Build a Badge panel! Im so glad to see this trend extend outside the furry fandom and the panel was a blast! After all the excitement the days before it felt so nice to sit down and draw again. I'll definitely use this badge again for future cons!

The good news is when youre done shoveling, those cookies, blankets, and cocoa are gonna be EXTRA warm and comforting! :D

That night I also was fortunate enough to get to see Rebecca Sugar perform live! With how important Steven Universe and Adventure Time was for me as a kid, it's easy to say that her music and writing means an immense amount to me. It was definitely an experience I'll treasure forever <3

After getting through registration, I learned what the Colossus roar was at the opening ceremony and got to meet the lovely lady Frock! I also bought a couple swadges for myself and my dad. I genuinely couldn't stop playing it once I got my hands on it, 58 is my personal best on Cosplay Crunch now!

First day (day 0??) of the con started with Monokuma having a lot more fun than he deserves.

As someone who usually isn't the biggest fan of surprises, I felt so comfortable, safe, and loved by these three for doing this that I honestly just started crying upon realizing what they did. I'm so thankful for the gifts they gave me, and for their friendship. I love y'all so much ;;

We all got to the Gaylord Wednesday evening, and after a brief tour of the resort ("walkies" as Fire put it) I got back to the room to find that my best friends threw me a small early surprise Birthday celebration! Tori and Turtle put up rainbow decorations and they all got me my favorite cake!
