Dr. Plover is a species of bird where each generation graduates from dental school. Unlike most students, Dr. Plover managed to escape student debt. Nowadays, the bird is commonly found overseeing the dental health of Nile Diles.

Frank's standard attack has you launch an 8-ball with manual precision, then watch the chaos unfold as it bounces between enemies (ouch!) and allies (thanks for the heal!). Part weapon, part healing device, all physics demonstration.
