22. Un peu de moi.

Cheers mate. 2 weight sessions (upper and full body), 3 running sessions (short interval running 5x600M, long interval running 3x1000M, 5Km fundamental pace). Aiming for a few extra kilos of pure muscle and improved cardio. Not easily done when combined but it IS doable ! 💪

Haha pump, coffee and a walk, sounds like a nice combo ! 😎
Started a new program with a coach a few weeks ago, 5 workouts + 1 knee reinforcement session a week. Already questioning all my life choices 🤣
