By the end of mext month I will be a full-time salaried artist at a company I adore. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to do what I love without having to compromise my creativity or worry about if I can afford to pursue my passions. However, I want to throw everything I have into my new job and I don't think it will be viable for me to spend 40 hours a week drawing for work, only to spend all of my downtime drawing for my shop. This is not the end for me, I will likely make a new art account to keep in touch with my mutuals and to share this new chapter of my life but this is the end of Moomi's Project Sticker as you know it. Thank you so so much to everyone who has supported me, both online and at events. This is a bittersweet post. Suddenly this week, all my dreams came true and yet, there's a little sadness in closing this chapter in my life but it's for the best.

Comparison is the thief of joy, & looking at our peers should lift us up & inspire us, not put us down!! Art is meant to be fun, & escapist and your younger self would love your art and that's worth more than any comparison to any other artist

Yes, being disabled sucks sometimes and I wish I had more energy and wasn't in pain all the time but disabled or not, no one is a machine. Human beings weren't meant to just constantly output, weren't meant to constantly work

- When Art Fight rolls around it makes me so sad that so many artists i respect and admire can just roll out beautiful art in hours like it's nothing and i am so slow. But!! You don't have to put yourself down or focus on your deficits in order to excuse yourself for your art output -

As a fellow disabled artist who *desperately* wants to make art their full-time career, i so feel this!! I work full-time on top of doing art, I am up at 4:30am today for an early shift and I give more than I've got to work and keep the lights on -
