X ray showing impacted wisdom tooth into a molar that has developed a cavity

Feel really rotten but.. My partner put up a gofund me to help assist with surgical costs. In short a tooth I was told shouldn’t be a problem is. It’s impacting a molar while also pressing on a nerve, requiring surgery. The other wisdom teeth will be removed as well.

Well, today is my birthday. I can’t believe turning 35 years old.
