Heads up folks, you'll want to support this wonderful artist! Check out what I'd gotten from her for myself!
Someone speaks of the old magic
This reminds me of some bootleg NES games I've seen that are basically Road Fighter but with the OutRun perspective. Makes me think there's more to this off-brand archeology than I expected
You know how a few months ago I mentioned how one game sounded like it was created as stock video game footage? This is one that LOOKS like it. Rather odd considering the pedigree from Konami and a supposed sequel to a favorite NES/Arcade game of mine (Road Fighter)

Evidently shouldn't be trusted with secrets yet though ;p
Interesting choices
DS emulation hasn't been too much of an issue the few times I attempted it. Otherwise it doesn't make extensive use of the consoles other features so playing with a standard controller is perfectly workable. It gets my solid recommendation for at least one playthrough
You're told to stream an RPG over the span of no longer than two weeks. You're allowed to take breaks. What RPG do you choose based on your enjoyment and general streamability of the game?

Well this list took a bit longer to settle than I expected. Granted a lot of these will flux for me based on the day and phase of the moon
A large figure labeled "My Community" comforts a smaller figure labeled "Self Doubt." Below, the large figure says, "I love your streams!"

hey, just so you know, if i ever stop talking mid sentence and seem to zone out before coming back seeming confused, it's because my soul was temporarily dr mario. yeah it's a common problem for a lot of autistic people
It's not so much that, but I miss having ignorance of how stat growth worked in FF6, the knowledge each level up potentially locks me out of some theoretical 'optimal build', despite the fact I'd played through it several times before without knowledge and honestly it plays FINE like that too? Weird
I'd been considering what's made me largely stop playing a lot of RPGs and I think it's the knowledge that I may not be maximizing my stat growth or output makes my enjoyment grind to a halt. Ignorance on the other hand just let's me enjoy it on a surface level and just much easier on my psyche.
Always looking forward to the next thing, even if it's plans with friends or the release of a game. Not a bad way to live
Thrash Machine is cool and all, but I think the fun gang is underutilizing how Dark Worlds work.
Light World items turn into what they believe they should be, so naturally a cardboard tank...
Whooof, looks like I had a LOT of sleep to catch up on x_x. Recovering from a cold didn't help much either. I'm thinking I'm going to skip the stream for today, I have some personal projects I need to work on already anyway.
I’ll be streaming again starting next Wednesday the 15th, so I opened a few slots! Thanks for checking it out! ko-fi.com/chibijenhen/...
Not streaming Wild Arms 3 tonight. I've been anxious all day, and I just want to do some dumb things on Win 98.

A photo of a HeroQuest game board, featuring several painted minis and furniture, as well as miniature Sonic and Tails figures modified with 1 inch bases.
One Sonic 2 Diorama set, some Warhammer bases, and a little bit of glue and I've answered the question, Sonic and Tails can INDEED HeroQuest
Thanks, it's good to get my artsy muscles working again ^^
My take on this redrawing challenge; kind of funny to be a return to this quazi chibi style I'd drawn Book in, now to go back to the character that inspired it in the first place
This scene is a call back to one of the pilot episodes of TAS where Lois gives a dock worker (played by Brad Garrett) some change to call the Daily Planet but he instead gets distracted and spends it on a nearby soda machine, saying "Mmm, Soder", a vocal stim that's never left my brain since
Oh wow, Asha looks amazing in your style! Thank you very much for taking my suggestion ^^
I didn’t get to start until late lol but thanks for the suggestions!
