That's because connect.fediforum.org is for organizations, communities and creators who want help with solving a problem, and which protocols to support is usually not the first question they ask.
While FediForum Connect does not hide the various Open Social Web protocols that products and services support (like ActivityPub, ATProtocol and others), we don't put them front and center either in the UI.
