One more highlight of our #ldnont trip - the Grand Theatre’s excellent production of The Importance of Being Earnest. Fabulous cast, impeccable performances, superb production. It’s on for 1 more week, highly recommend.

A helpful hint from Peasant’s Choice: to keep a recipe book or card clean while cooking, place it under an upside down glass pie plate the curved bottom also magnifies the print.

If there was ever a chef I’d want to sit down to dinner with, it would have been James Barber. I loved his down to earth approach to cooking and his lack of pretentiousness. Watching his show always felt like a big hug.
